Voyageur Group is a retail media agency with a nimble Amazon team and a growing roster of clients. As demand scaled, so did the operational load of running sophisticated, multi-tactic Amazon DSP programs at a high cadence. Voyageur needed a way to scale the level of service they could deliver without scaling headcount in lockstep.

Putting It to Work: A Beauty Brand Relaunch
For one of their beauty brand clients, Voyageur deployed Gigi across a full program relaunch. The brand had been running Amazon DSP for over a year with inconsistent results. Voyageur rebuilt the program from the ground up, consolidating the product catalog to its core sales drivers and restructuring campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, and retention.
Gigi handled the execution: rapid campaign creation with AMC lookalike audiences, keyword searchers, and competitor viewers helped drive new traffic to the brand, while agentic workflows ensured the campaigns were continuously optimized towards driving strong performance.
Further AMC analysis within Gigi showed Voyageur that users exposed to full-funnel DSP and Sponsored Ads were 10.68x more likely to conduct branded search and 360% more likely to purchase—driving client expansion into an always-on STV strategy across Prime Video and premium 3P publishers.
